Training (Sept)
- Familiarize with the team, the technical facilities, identify each other’s experience, expertise, strength, weakness, learning ambitions
- Initial creation of content in a learning phase, though with the intend to produce publishable content.
- Experiment how to create a short radio item, a mini podcasts and posts on social media by making a single recording and extracting material for different media. (technical aspects of recording, interview style, postproduction)
- How to prepare for an interview: active listening and reacting, while getting to the point that you like to address
- Learn how to extract a headline and a key quote that draws attention

Preparations (Oct)
- Research into the topic, including identification of interesting local players and thought leaders.
- Preparation of a time plan and script for main event

Content gathering (Week of Nov 9)
- Nov 9th: recording of prearranged interviews with speakers / experts and ad-hoc responses from attendees
- Report from the event: extract quotes / information that have news value shortly after the event on YouTube / LinkedIn / radio stream
