Time is one of the non-renewable resources. Once it is gone, it is gone. Hence the advice to “make the most out of it”. But do you know how fast the time is passing? Do you know how much 1 minute is?
Let’s check. Open your timer and find a comfortable spot. Start the timer and close your eyes, while counting 1 minute. When you think 1 minute is over, open your eyes and check with the timer.
How many seconds have passed?
What do you think this says about your perception about time? Is it accurate? Do you “sense” time correctly?
Some people finish after 36 seconds, others after 90 seconds. What do you think this means?

There is the movie "In Time", projected in the future, where time has become the universal currency. (Spoiler, in the future, people are genetically engineered to stop aging on their 25th birthday, when a one-year countdown on their forearm begins. When it reaches zero, the person "times out" and dies instantly).
Reflect on how the society would be transformed if that happened in reality.
